as - after Peter Kubelka (famous Austrian filmmaker and gourmet) - "cooking is the oldest section of fine arts" and "an artist has to know how to cook, ..." rotaug invented a new blog category: the "Cook It Up" category bringing you the finest in ROTAUG COOKING :D

that's why i'd like to start and introduce you to my most favourite and already famous :) desert called the "lemonLENS" (the name was given to this lemon tarte by a good friend of mine and part of the a-d-a-p-t-e-r crew. he is passionated and "professional" cook and baker and wanted to take it in his repertoir of delicious cakes. but u know: it has to has a proper name)

i translated the recipe to english, but please dont blame me for spelling mistakes and such. the german version is also available as a pdf, plus a short video of "how to make n bake" a lemon lens. all things are also available on the lemonLENS project page. best serve cold with a strong, straight espresso or a glass of "Bründlmayer rosé sparkling" or - not to forget - a good glas of Weninger Wine (rotaug's choise of wine as you already know). enjoy! have fun! the lens is out for an espresso and a piece of lemonLENS. peace!

and don't forget: OBAHUBA 12" OUT SOON
