after watching this over and over again i must say this guy has a rare talent of being funny and danceable at the same time. watch & enjoy

Poutine is a typical Canadian dish consisting of fries made in duck lard, topped with chicken gravy and cheese. For the german speaking population, this is what austrian newspaper Der Standard says about it:

"Ein anderes, typisch kanadisches Gericht ist die aus Quebec stammende 'Poutine' - ein Schüsserl Pommes frites, getoppt mit dickem Bratensaft (gravy) und Cheddarkäse. In Vancouver allerdings wird der 'gravy' je nach Laune, Lust und ethnischen Vorzügen gern durch Sauce Bolognese oder Gemüsecurry ersetzt. Und statt Cheddar kann man getrost auch Mozzarella, griechischen Feta- oder indischen Paneer-Käse drüberstreuen." Der Standard RONDO Nr. 558, 5.2.2010, p.16

This has been floating around the web for quite some time now, I thought I'd post it anyways for those who don't know it yet: Canabalt is a nice little independent flash game and it's about as simple as it can get. You only need one button to play it but that doesn't make it the least bit less addictive. Perfect for those never ending office hours...

Nice Lego stop trick animation with Wu Tang classic: Da mystery of Chessboxin'

American artist J.R. Baldwin created a board game inspired by the novel “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas” by Hunter S. Thompson.
The game suitcase consists all kinds of "ingredients", dosecards, activities & challenges like "program the dvd or vcr player" :D
& of course: it is a edition of 1 but... still available at the moment.
