Soundboy stellt sich vor....Konventionen und Illusionen... Ich bin eine Metallskulptur (3,20m höhe/180 kg) Auferstanden aus den Hinterhöfen und Schrottplätzen dieser Welt. In Form eines dyonischen Hightechkriegers, ausgerüstet mit einem integriertem Soundsystem (4wege aktiv 3,5 kw) und dem Spiralspiegelzepter, kämpfe ich für das Recht zu feiern.

Auch musikalisch wird "recycled": -Roots & Reggae mit Funk&Roll - 80´s stuff meets Hip Hop & mit Junglefieber in den DrumandBass. Nach allen Regeln der Kunst und nur für eure Gunst, an den turntables: Selecta Service (soundboy-creator) / DJ Dirt Boom (soundboy) / DJ Kompact (rotaug) / DJ Lemon (rotaug) / visuals: Walter (soundboy)

the weegee story ...

weegee

for all, that are interested in photography and the history of photography, i can to recommend an exhibition called "the weegee story". weegee (born arthur felling) was the first and only photographer in the 1930ties and 40ties, who had access to NY's police radio. he used to be the first on crimeszenes, ... he documented the city he loved and became one of the most important photographers in history.

he influenced a lot of others, including names like william eggleston, diane arbus (its worth looking for those too) and many more.

"the weegee story" is the biggest retrospective in history.

the exhibition is located in "postfuhramt"
