MOVINO s a collection of open source applications for streaming and broadcasting live video from phones.

It was developed during a project course at the Åbo Akademi University in Turku, Finland.

the cool thing is, the software uses the camera of your phone and streams it to a bluetooth enabled computer or directly to a host via tcp/ip. u can even forward the videosignal into skype. but the whole package includes more...

Dr. Neal Krawetz presented a software tool that is able to detect if an image has been digitally processed using format- and image-analysing technics @ this years BlackHat Convention.

It is actually possible to determine the last "tool" that created the image ---> this means u can tell the camera model if its the original image or the version of photoshop that has been used to alter the image.

this means if you have a wlan compatible phone & access to a free wireless network all your calls/messages can be free and anonymous (unless u enter your real name in web formulars ;) ), wherever you are on the planet. u don´t need a contract with a phone company any more.
